Career Readiness Lessons

In middle school, students bring their knowledge of the career clusters and begin to explore careers through the lens of their own unique interests, values, and skills utilizing the Naviance program. 

Lessons and activities are tailored to meet each grade level's needs and include:

• Self-discovery using career assessments

• Exploring pathways, skills, and knowledge sets

• Researching education and training needed for favorite careers

• Selecting and planning courses for their Individual Graduation Plan (IGP) to gain more exploration or skills in a career field
