RankOne & Physical Information
Required Forms – Students wishing to participate in athletics MUST complete the Medical Form and submit information to RankOne prior tryouts. Physicals and all appropriate documents for tryouts should be connected or linked to Please use the approved physical form below.
Please read the instructions below carefully and note that you should create a RankOne account first, and then take the Physical Examination Form to your Doctor to be completed.

Cheerleading Tryouts - TBA
Gwinnett County middle school cheerleading is open to sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. Cheerleaders perform for the girls and boys basketball games by cheering on the sidelines, performing quarter cheers, and performing a half-time routine. During these performances, the cheerleaders will stunt, tumble, dance, and cheer.
