Cheerleading Tryouts - Cheerleading tryouts begiun in April in the Northbrook Fitness Room from 4:15-6:30pm. Athletics forms, including a medical physical form, are required for tryouts.
Gwinnett County middle school cheerleading is open to seventh and eighth grade students. Cheerleaders perform for the girls and boys basketball games by cheering on the sidelines, performing quarter cheers, and performing a half-time routine. During these performances, the cheerleaders will stunt, tumble, dance, and cheer.
